A free call is a conversation
The twenty minutes offered on this site creates no engagement, no ongoing duty and no obligation on either side. We will say plainly what we see and what an engagement would involve, including when the honest answer is that you do not need one yet. Work begins only when both of us sign a written engagement letter naming the scope and the fee.
Engagements, scope and fees
Every engagement is defined in writing before it starts. Fees are quoted for that scope, and anything outside it is quoted separately before it is done. Either of us may end an engagement in writing. You remain responsible for fees earned to that date and your records are returned to you.
What the work depends on from you
The work is only as good as what it is built on. You are responsible for giving us complete and accurate records, for the accuracy of what is in your own systems, and for the decisions you make. We will tell you when something does not tie, and we will not build on a month that has not closed.
The site itself
The words, layouts and images on this site belong to the practice that publishes it. You may read, print and quote them with attribution. You may not republish the site or use it to train a product without written permission.
The site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and available, and we do not promise it will never be wrong or never be down. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Where this is governed
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Texas, and any dispute belongs in the courts of Dallas County, Texas. Effective 29 September 2026.
A conversation is not yet the work
Sending a seasonal bid through the form, or picking a time, does not start an engagement. It starts a conversation about whether the lines in that bid can be pulled apart, and whether we should be the ones to do it. Work starts when both sides sign a letter that names the months, the fee, and what is outside the fee.
A mixed lawn price described on this site is an illustration. Quoting it back to a customer, or treating it as your price, is your decision and not ours. We will tell you when a month is not closed well enough to build on. We will not pretend a single seasonal number is a set of lines.
